About Us

 Good Morning ,Todd and Leo have been running The Red CaBiN in South Windsor for several years now. The Red CaBiN is breakfast and lunch spot opened September 26 2006.

Our restaurant  has 25 tables, but our goal remains to offer our customers a great meal at a reasonable price. That does not mean, however, that we compromise quality to do so. On the contrary: We guarantee the freshness of our ingredients, and prepare everything just the way you like it. We are a family restaurant with a tradition in food excellence.
 The biggest obstacle to starting a restaurant is putting together a qualified staff. You have to make sure you have the right people for the job,and as the owners of Red CaBiN we are lucky to accomplished this task.We have staff member,as Debra Duszyk who been with us from day one.

We always  focus on serving our guests, listening to them, and providing them with a product and a great experience. You have to have great passion for the business because there will be problems and challenges, and that passion is what will allow you to overcome them.

We are dedicated to preserving a fantastic dining tradition. Our homemade sandwiches and burgers are, to us, a piece of home that we would like to preserve for the next generation.
